(1) If it is mentioned in the abuse complaint that the victim has been physically injured or mentally tortured by the perpetrator, the body hearing the complaint shall immediately request and send such victim to the nearest or available hospital or health center for a medical examination.
(2) If there is a request for a medical examination according to sub-rule (1), such hospital or health center shall immediately treat the victim and give the report related to the medical examination including the examination to the body hearing the complaint.
